The Office of the Wisconsin State Public Defender hires for a variety of positions, primarily attorney, investigator and legal secretary. This agency also utilizes client services specialist, executive staff assistant, financial specialist, information technology, paralegal, payroll and benefits, and other administrative classifications. All recruitment activities for classified positions are subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Civil Service system.

PUBLIC DEFENDER INVESTIGATOR (PDI)
Salary: Start between $16.902 - $27.889 per hour depending on qualifications; plus excellent State of Wisconsin benefits.
